Charlie always had a twinkle in his eye and was a great teller of tales, so many fond memories of him. Thinking of him and sending much love to all his family xx

We have such wonderful memories of Charlie, we could write a book about the fun stories and laughter he brought. It was a privilege to have known him and to have enjoyed his humour and the care he showed towards us all, as friends of Suzanne.

We have so many lovely memories of our times with Charlie. What a wonderful, genuine and interesting man he was. We always enjoyed his company with his stories, anecdotes and tall tales of the past over fish and chips and a glass of wine. His generosity in giving us ‘started off in the greenhouse’ tomatoes and cucumber plants was greatly appreciated too. Our thoughts are with you all at this sad time. Charlie’s pride in and love for all his family always shone through. With love and sincere condolences from Steven and Margie and family.
